药食兼用无花果体内抗肿瘤及其免疫调节作用的实验研究

Effect of Ficus carica L on anti - tumor and immune regulation in entrails

目的:研究无花果体内抗肿瘤作用和增强免疫功能。方法:利用小鼠移植性肿瘤实验观察无花果对其体内肿瘤细胞生长和免疫器官胸腺、脾脏的影响,并通过ANAE法检测无花果对T细胞阳性率的影响。结果:无花果对S180肉瘤生长有一定抑制作用,各剂量组均可以提高免疫器官脏器指数,与模型组比具有显著性差异(P<0.01);能够提高S180荷瘤小鼠T淋巴细胞的百分数。结论:无花果有抗肿瘤和增强免疫功能作用。

Objective：To study effect of Ficus carica L on anti - tumnor and immune regulation in entrails. Methods：The effect of Ficus carica L on anti - tumor, spleen index and thymus index were observed by tumor transplant experiment of animal;T cell percent was also observed by ANAE. Results： Ficus carica L could inhibit the growth of S180. Compared with model group, spleen and thymus index were increased by different dosage Ficus carica L groups（ P 〈 0.01 ）.And Ficus carica L could effectively improve T cell percent. Conclusion： Fieus cariea L has effects on anti - tumor and immune regulation in entrails.
