RP - UPLC Determination of Dehydrocostuslactone in Xuelian Oral Liquid

目的:采用高效液相色谱法测定雪莲口服液中去氢木香内酯的含量。方法:采用高效液相色谱法,色谱柱为SymmetryShield^(TM)C_(18)色谱柱(250×4.6mm,5μm)流动相:甲醇-水(65:35),流速1mL·min^(-1),检测波长为225nm。结果:去氢木香内酯在0.10～2.08μg范围内呈良好的线性关系,平均回收率98.6%,RSD为0.9%。结论:该方法准确可靠,适合于雪莲口服液中去氢木香内酯的含量测定。

AIM： To estabilish a RP- HPLC method to determine the content of Dehydro cosyuslactone in Xuelian Oral Liquid.Metods：The RP- HPLC method was used. The analytical colomn was Symmetry ShieldTM C18 （250 × 4.6mm, 5μm）. The mobile phase consisted of methanol - water（65 ： 35 ）, The flow rate was 1mL·min^- 1. The UV detector wave- length was 225nm. Results： The calibiration curve was liner in range of 0.10 - 2.08μg. The average recovery was 98. 60% （RSD = 0.96% ）. Conclusion： The method was reliable, accurate. It could be used to the quality control of Xuelian Ora Liquid.
