陡河水库坝基渗流稳定分析

Stability analysis of the dam foundationseepage of Douhe Reservoir

根据坝基测压管观测资料，对陡河水库坝基渗流稳定性进行了分析，结果表明，在正常运用条件下，坝基渗流状态趋于平稳，主坝上游天然铺盖防渗功能有所加强，坝基是稳定安全的。但通过预测在设计和校核洪水位条件下，坝脚排水沟底纵断处主坝段其渗透稳定安全系数均低于规范中的允许值，对此提出一些建议。

According to the data observed by dam foundation piezometer,the equilibrium of the dam foundation seepage of Douhe Reservoir was analysed,which indicates that the dam foundation seepage is equilibrium under the normal conditions,the protecting function of upstream natural blanket is strengthening and the foundation is stable and safe.Forecasting indicates that under the conditions of design and check flood level,the safety coefficient of seepage equilibrium at the major dam section of the longitudinal drain ditch of the dam foundation is below the permissible value of specification,for which some suggestions are proposed
