This paper analyses the relationship between middle school library and education, give middle school library a sciantific orientation, which is： cultivating and improving students＇ innovation ability, let the students be in a scientific and humanistic environment. Middle school library is a practice base of innovation education under the new curriculum, the second classroom of implementing quality education. This kind of concept promoted the development of middle school library＇s construction.
