摘要
所谓“学困生”是针对一些学生成绩不好的学生而言的，由于人的智力因素，先天环境是不一样的，所以“学困生”是客观存在的。因此作为教育人的学校而言，如何转化“学困生”，提高他们的成绩，使他们在很短的时间内赶上去，是每个教师绞尽脑汁的问题。
The so-called ＂students of learning difficulties＂ are student which does poor in their studies due to the factor of innate intelligence.achievement for some students, because of human intelligence, So,for the teachers, how to help those students of learning difficulties improve their study in short times is a difficult work.
