摘要 园本教研作为促进幼教改革发展和教师专业成长的有效途径,可以为幼儿园的可持续发展注入生机与活力,同时也为教师自我发展搭建平台。本文阐述了园本教研对幼儿教师专业成长的促进作用、分析当前的因本教研存在哪些问题,进而提出了相应的解决策略具有重要的意义。 As an effective way to promote the reform of dindergarten and kindergarten teacher' development, Kindergarten-based research can not only inject vitality and vigor for the sustainable development of kindergarten, but also set a platform for teachers development. This paper discusses promoting effects of kindergarten-based research on preschool teacher' s profession development, and analyzes the problems existing in current kindergarten-based research, and then put forward the corresponding solving strategy.
