摘要
目前高等学校教师教案质量不容乐观,影响教案质量的既有教师层面因素,也有管理层面的因素。应采取端正教师思想、做好教案设计、建立科学化的教案管理体系等措施,充分发挥出教案在课堂教学中的积极作用,促进教学质量的全面提高。
Nowadays,the quality of teaching plan in the institutes of higher education is unable to meet the requirement,which is due to the factors in the respect of teachers' qualification and the administration in the institutes.To fully exert the effect of teaching plan in the lectures and boost the improvement of teaching quality,some measures as rectifying teachers' attitude,improving the design of teaching plan and scientifically establishing teaching administration system should be taken.
