Using e-business and upgrading the industry can infuse new energy to technology information service industry,and help the new technology be transformed into economic efforts.This paper breaks the limits of traditional studies about science and technology intermediary,and studies the development of science and technology intermediary from e-business angle.It treats the e-business as the dynamic mechanism for industry upgrading process,and analyzes the industry upgrading of science and technology information intermediary based on the value chain integration and virtual operation,and studies the effects of industry upgrading from social and economic efforts.
