GBR联合PRF修复根尖周囊肿骨缺损的临床观察 被引量：4

摘要 引导骨再生术（guided bone regeneration，GBR）是利用膜的屏障作用促使成骨性细胞优先向骨缺损区迁移、生长，进而实现骨再生和修复目的的手术。富血小板纤维蛋白（platelet rich fibrin，PRF）为自体全血离心产物，富含生长因子并可通过局部缓慢释放生长因子促进组织愈合和骨再生。有研究表明：在GBR中引人生长因子可显著地加速细胞生长和分化。本文作者采用GBR联合PRF修复根尖周囊肿骨缺损1例，疗效满意，现报道如下。
