摘要
介绍了喷漆机器人离线轨迹规划系统的喷漆工艺模型的实现过程,为了解决工艺建模在喷漆系统中的复杂程序设计问题,引入了MATLAB程序与Visual C++的混合编程技术和数据库技术,从而实现不同系统环境之间数据的通畅交换,结果表明这种方法结合了两种程序语言的优点,大大缩短系统的开发周期。
This paper described the realization of processing model for spray painting in a robotic spray painting trajectory off-line planning system.In order to simplify the programming process of processing model,the method of mixed programming of Visual C++ and MATLAB is introduced,and database techniques also is used,then data can circulate fluently between two programming system.From the application,new method has drawn the advantages of two programming languages.Then the difficult of programming and the lifecycle of program devolopment has greatly reduced.
