摘要 以一款大型客车骨架为研究对象,在大型通用有限元软件中建立整车骨架有限元模型,对其进行模态分析得到前16阶非刚体模态振型和模态频率。利用有限元模态计算结果对整车动态性能做出评价,在此基础对整车进行发动机激励下的谐响应分析得到客车骨架容易发生共振的频率,选取了对整车舒适性有代表的3点响应做了具体分析。为解决客车振动分析技术及解决方案,提高客车骨架动态特性以及实现汽车产品的正向振动设计提供一定理论参考和试验指导。 With a large coach-body frame,the finite element model of coach-body frame is set up in the universal finite element software.Through modal analysis,16 order modal vibration types and modal frequency are gained.The coach dynamic performance is evaluated by means of finite element modal analysis.On this basis,the resonance frequency is obtained through the harmonic response analysis based on the vehicle engine excitation.Three response points that can represent the vehicle comfort are selected and analyzed.These provide some theoretical references and test instructions for solving coach vibration analysis technology and solutions to improving the dynamic characteristics and positive vibration design of automobile products.
