超声检查在肌肉损伤中的应用价值

Diagnostic value of ultrasonography for muscle injury

目的分析肌肉损伤各种类型的超声表现,提高超声诊断肌肉损伤水平。方法超声检查102例肌肉损伤患者,总结并归纳损伤的类型及其声像图特征。结果单纯肌肉挫伤5例,单纯肌间血肿20例,肌肉部分撕裂伤合并肌内血肿69例,肌肉完全撕裂伤合并肌内血肿8例。与MRI及手术后病理结果对比符合率100%.结论超声可以直观地观察肌肉损伤各类型,具有准确性高、无创、可重复检查等优势。

Objective To analyze the various types of ultrasound imaging appearance in muscle injury and to improve the diagnosis level.Methods 102 patients with injury muscles underwent ultrasonograph and summarized the type of injury and the characteristic of sonogram. Results There were 5 patients with muscle contusion,20 patient merely hematoma between muscle, 69 patient with partial rupture of muscle combination hematoma within the muscle, 8 patient with whole rupture of muscle combination hematoma within the muscle. These cases were confirmed by pathology＂ after operation or MRI. The diagnostic accurate rate was 100%.Conclusion Uhrasonography may analyze the various types of ultrasound imaging appearenee in muscle injury directly and with aeeuratissime,non-invasive and repeat used.
