急性心肌梗死行急诊主动脉内球囊反搏术的全程护理

The entire nursing of intra-aortic balloon counterpulsation in acute myocardial infarction

目的探讨全程护理干预措施对急性心肌梗死患者行主动脉内球囊反搏术术后康复的影响。方法选择2006年1月—2010年9月在我院行主动脉内球囊反搏治疗的急性心肌梗死(AMI)患者25例,通过对患者术前、术中、术后的护理,观察患者临床症状及临床预后的改善情况。结果 25例患者均成功完成治疗,手术过程顺利,术后2例发生出血或局部血肿并发症。18例病情好转,转普通病房继续治疗;7例并发多器官功能衰竭死亡,其中4例为家属要求放弃治疗。结论全程护理在对AMI患者进行急诊主动脉内球囊反搏术(IABP)的治疗中起着重要作用,能明显促进患者病情康复,提高患者日常生活活动能力和改善患者心理状况。

Objective To study the effect of entire nursing interventions in acute myocardial infarction patients with intra-aortic balloon postoperative rehabilitation.Methods 25 patients with AMI during January 2006 - September 2010 underwent the emergent aortic balloon pump treatment were involved.through the preoperative,intraoperative and postoperative care,clinical symptoms and prognosis of improvement were observed.Results 25 cases were successfully completed treatment and surgery went smoothly.2 cases had complications of bleeding or hematoma postopreation.18 patients got better and switched to general wards to continue treatment.7 patients died of multiple organ failure and 4 of which were family members who gave up treatment.Conclusion Full care for emergency patients in the AMI IABP therapy plays an important role.It can significantly promote the rehabilitation of patients with diseases,improve activities of daily living of patients and to improve the state of mind.
