摘要
初级外包人才首先要具备完成任务的能力,经过3-5初级岗位经验的累积可以发展为中级人才。能否升为中级,关键看是否具有用外语顺利交流的能力。基于上述分析,高职软件外包人才应定位在培养"适用性、国际性、复合型,可持续发展的初级服务外包人才";课程设置应加大计算机专业课程、某一专业方向课程和英语课程的融合,校企合作开发课程;通过全真企业项目案例实践教学,培养动手能力,通过浸入式双语教学,培养外语沟通能力,校企实体合作是有效的培养途径;建立多主体参与、多种评价方式并行的科学评价体系;加强外包人才培养所需的软硬环境建设。此外,政府应充分发挥政策支持、规划指导和协调服务作用。
The aim of training software service outsourcing talent in high vocational college,should be "to train junior software service outsourcing talent with ability of adaptive,international,compound,continual developing".The curriculum should enlarge the integration of computer specialized curriculum,a professional direction course and English classes and school-enterprise cooperation development course.The practical ability can be cultivated through real project cases training from enterprise.The communicating skill can be trained through immersion bilingual teaching.School-enterprise depth cooperation is a valid way to cultivate junior software service outsourcing talent.A scientific system of evaluation should be setup,in which multiple main bodies take part in,multiple evaluating methods run side-by-side.The construction of the training soft and hard environment?should be strengthened.Besides,the government should play the function of the policy supporting,planning guide and coordinating service in the talent training.
