低碳经济下的高职人才培养

Talents Cultivation in Higher Vocational Education Schools in the Low-carbon Economy

随着低碳经济的来临,中国进入了低碳转型期,在这一转型期中,人才建设与培养一直是关键问题。作为在教育体系中发挥重要作用的高等职业教育,应当做好充分的准备来应对这一机遇和挑战。从人才培养的内涵、布局和环境三个维度对低碳经济与人才培养的关系进行分析,提出具体应对措施。

With the advent of low-carbon economy,China has entered a low carbon transformation,In this transition,the cultivating talents is always the key problem.The high vocational education plays an important role in the education system should be ready to cope with the challenges and opportunities.This paper discusses on the connotation of talent cultivating,the layout of talent cultivation and a good environment of growth for all talents,it is from the three dimensions to analyze the relationship between low carbon economy and the talent cultivation,and put forward some concrete measures.
