新农村建设中返乡农民工培训策略研究

Training Strategy Research of Returning Migrant Workers During The Construction of New Rural

培训问题不仅关系到返乡农民工能否实现再就业,而且涉及到新农村建设工程的实施。针对返乡农民工自身存在的问题,根据新农村建设中返乡农民工培训的基本原则,提出双重需求导向下确立培训目标、有针对性地丰富培训内容、迁移并灵活运用培训方法、拓展多样化的培训形式、"双管齐下"提高培训效率等具体策略。

Training issues relates not only to the re-employed of returning migrant workers,but to implementation of the new rural construction.For the problems of returning migrant workers,according to the basic principles of training to retuning migrant workers during the construction of new rural,some recommendations that establishing training objective under the double de-mand-oriented,enriching the content of training in targeted manner,moving and flexible using training methods,developing diverse forms of training,＂Two-pronged approach＂ to improve training efficiency are proposed.
