摘要
网络课程的质量是制约整个网络教育质量的一个关键环节,如何评价网络课程的优劣,是目前教育界人士关注的一个焦点。以新的教育理念,新的教育视角,构建符合新的人才培养目标,体系完整、结构合理、功能齐全、质量保障的网络课程质量评价体系,对提高网络课程教学管理水平和教学质量有着积极的意义。
Online course quality is an important component of and plays a key role in the whole online education quality.How to assess the pros and cons of web-based courses is currently a focus of concern of the education sector.The paper proposes to set up a new online course evaluation system with new education concept and perspective.The new online course evaluation system should be in line with the new-talent-cultivation objective with complete mechanism,reasonable structure,and muti-functioning quality safeguard system.This evaluation system will greatly improve online course teaching administration level and education quality.
