93例正畸治疗患者口腔卫生的调查

Oral health status of 93 patients before and after orthodontic treatment:investigation and analysis

目的评价口腔健康宣教对正畸治疗患者治疗中和治疗后口腔卫生状况的影响。方法 186例接受正畸治疗的患者随机分为研究组和对照组,每组93例;对研究组患者进行反复的健康宣教并严密监控其口腔卫生状况,同时与仅作常规指导的对照组患者进行比较,比较内容为治疗前、治疗后1个月和3个月以及治疗结束后1个月时两组患者的菌斑指数及牙龈指数。结果两组治疗后1个月时菌斑指数和牙龈指数均较治疗前明显升高(P<0.05),3个月时研究组菌斑指数和牙龈指数即有显著下降(P<0.05),对照组虽亦有降低,但差异无统计学意义;治疗结束后1个月时研究组的菌斑指数和牙龈指数均已显著低于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),而对照组则基本恢复到治疗前水平。结论口腔卫生健康宣教对正畸治疗患者治疗中和治疗后口腔卫生状况有良好的影响。

OBJECTIVE To evaluate the impact of oral health education on oral health status in patients during and after orthodontic treatment.METHODS A total of 186 patients receiving orthodontic treatment were randomly divided into study group and control group,93 patients in each group.Patients in study group received repeated health education and closely monitoring in its oral health status,and compared with those patients only received general guidance in the control group,the plaque index and gingival index before treatment,1 month and 3 months after treatment and 1 month after the ending of treatment of two groups were compared.RESULTS The plaque index and gingival index in 1 month after treatment of both groups were significantly higher than before treatment（P0.05）.The plaque index and gingival index were significantly decreased in 3 months after treatment in study group（P0.05）,although the indexes of control group also decreased,but the difference was not statistically significant（P0.05）.The indexes in 1 month after the ending of treatment of study group were significantly lower than before treatment,the difference were statistically significant（P0.05）.CONCLUSION Health education on oral hygiene has good impact on the oral health in patients after the orthodontic treatment.
