不更衣不换鞋对ICU空气细菌含量的影响 被引量:1

Investigation and analysis of effect of entering ICU without changing clothes and slippers on quantity of bacteria in air

摘要 目的研究重症监护病房不更衣、不换鞋对空气中细菌含量的动态变化。方法试验组:进入ICU人员不更衣、换鞋104次,采用沉降法监测空气中的细菌含量;对照组:进入ICU人员穿隔离衣、换专用拖鞋104次,采用沉降法监测空气中的细菌含量。结果不更衣、不换鞋即进入ICU空气中细菌含量为(646.5±672.9)CFU/m3,穿隔离衣、换专用拖鞋后进入ICU空气中细菌含量为(668.3±601.9)CFU/m3,两者比较,差异无统计学意义。结论进入ICU不更衣、不换鞋不会引起空气中细菌含量增高,人员活动、频繁开门是造成空气中细菌含量增多的主要因素。 OBJECTIVE To study the effect of not changing clothes and shoes on the dynamic quantity changes of bacteria in the air.METHODS Experiment group: the quantity of bacteria in the air of ICU was detected by sedimentation method when the staff entered the ICU without changing clothes or slippers for 104 times;Control group: the quantity of bacteria was monitored as the experiment group did when the staff weared the isolating clothes and special slippers.RESULTS The quantity of bacteria in experiment group was(646.5±672.9)CFU/m3,(668.3±601.9)CFU/m3 in control group.The difference between the two groups was not statistically significant.CONCLUSION It doesn′t increase the quantity of bacteria in the air when the staff enter the ICU without changing clothes and slippers.The frequent movement of the personnel and opening of door is the main reason for the increasing quantity of bacteria in the air.
