645例产科患者抗菌药物应用与伤口愈合调查分析

654 Cases of obstetric patients with antimicrobial agents and wound healing

目的调查与分析产科患者抗菌药物使用与伤口愈合情况。方法调查医院2009年1-12月产科患者共645例,对其中预防性使用抗菌药物的情况与切口愈合情况进行统计分析。结果 645例患者中,393例使用抗菌药物,使用率为60.9%,有6例伤口感染,感染率为0.9%。结论产科患者使用抗菌药物对预防伤口感染尤其是对预防会阴伤口感染无特殊意义。

OBJECTIVE To explore the relativity between the wound healing of obstetric patients and use of antimicrobial agents.METHODS The medical records of 654 obstetric patients in our hospital from Jan to Dec 2009 were consulted and the cases with prophylactic use of antimicrobial agents and their status of wound healing were statistically analyzed.RESULTS Of the 654 cases,393 obstetric patients were treated with antibiotic.With the rate 60.9%.There were 6 cases with wound infection,and the infection rate was 0.9%.CONCLUSION There is no differrence that those obstetric patients who are treated with antibiotics in preventing wound infection,especially in the prevention of perineal wound infection.
