225株假丝酵母菌属感染分析 被引量:7

摘要 目的探讨医院假丝酵母菌属感染的病因,分析真菌及药敏性。方法收集近2年住院患者分离出的假丝酵母菌属,用API20C AUX或ID32C作菌株鉴定,用ATB FUNGUS 3药敏板条做药敏试验,进行临床资料分析。结果白色假丝酵母菌临床标本检出率最高,占66.67%;假丝酵母菌属对5-氟胞嘧啶、两性霉素B敏感率>83.3%,对氟康唑、伊曲康唑、伏立康唑敏感率较低,特别是唑类抗真菌药对非白色假丝酵母菌的敏感率更低,均<66.67%;感染者以老年人且合并各种基础疾病者最高。结论临床分离的假丝酵母菌属感染以白色假丝酵母菌为主;氟胞嘧啶、两性霉素B有较好的体外抗菌活性,唑类抗真菌药耐药率增高;假丝酵母菌属感染与基础疾病及抗菌药物的使用有关。 OBJECTIVE To investigate the cause of Candidas infection and analyze the pathogenic bacteria and drug sensitivity.METHODS The samples from inpatient in the recent two years were gathered to performed the fungal culture.The fungal isolates were identified by API 20 C AUX orID 32C.The drug susceptibility was tested by ATB FUNGUS 3.The clinical data was analyzed.RESULTS C.albicans was the most prevalent fungus with the highest detection rate of 66.67%.The Candida isolates were more susceptible to 5-Flucytosine and amphotericin B(83.3%) than to fluconazole,itraconazole and foriconazole.Especially the drug susceptibility of non-C.albicans to antifungal drugs like azole was lower than that C.albicans(66.67%).The highest part came to the older people who were suffered with primary disease.CONCLUSIONS C.albicans is the major Candidas causing clinical fungal infections.5-flucytosine and amphotericinB are effective for the treatment of fungal infections due to the good in vitro activity.The resistant rate to antifungal drugs like azole is increasing.The Candidas causing infection is related to the primary disease and application of antibiotics.
