清咽灵颗粒含量测定方法的研究

Study on Content Determination Method of Qingyanling Granules

目的建立清咽灵颗粒中哈巴俄苷含量测定的方法。方法 RP-HPLC法。色谱柱为eclipse XDB-C18柱(150mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相:乙腈-0.03%磷酸溶液(25:75)。柱温:30℃。流速:1.0mL/min。检测波长:278nm。结果哈巴俄苷在0.09104～0.9104μg范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系。回归方程为Y=0.0004X+0.0031,r=0.9999(n=5)。平均回收率为101.75%,RSD=1.46%(n=9)。结论本方法快速、简便、准确,专属性强,重现性好,可用于测定清咽灵颗粒中哈巴俄苷的含量。

Objective To establish a method for content determination of hapagoside in Qingyanling Granules.Methods RP-HPLC The chromatographic column was eclipse XDB-C18（150mm×4.6mm,5μm）.The mobile phase：acetonitrile-0.03%phosphoric acid solution（25：75）.The column temperature：30℃.The flow rate：1.0mL/min and the UV detection wavelength was 278nm.Results The calibration curve for hapagoside was in good linearity with the range of 0.09104~0.9104μg.The regression equation was Y=0.0004X＋0.0031,r=0.9999（n=5）。The average recovery rate was 101.75%,RSD=1.68%（n=9）。 Conclusion The mothod is rapid,simple,accrurate,and can be used for the quantitative analysia of hapagoside in Qingyanling Granules
