儿童意外中毒141例的分析与预防

Analysis of 141 Cases of Accidental Poisoning of Children and Prevention

目的分析儿童意外中毒的常见原因、种类、症状、治疗及预防。方法对广东省汕头市澄海区人民医院2006年1月至2010年12月收治的141例儿童急性中毒病例进行回顾性分析。结果儿童意外中毒的常见原因为:误服药物或化工用品122例(86.52%),医源性5例(3.55%),其他(投毒、自杀、一氧化碳中毒等)14例(9.93%)。结论儿童意外中毒以儿童误服中毒为主。预防儿童意外中毒的发生,需要个人、家庭、医务人员、甚至全社会的共同努力。

Objective To analyze the common causes of accidental poisoning of children,types,symptoms,treatment and prevention.Methods The People＇s Hospital of Chenghai District in Shantou from January 2006 to December 2010 141 cases were treated cases of acute poisoning in children were analyzed retrospectively.Results The common causes of accidental poisoning of children： oral intake of drugs or chemical products of 122 cases（86.52%）,iatrogenic in 5 patients（3.55%）,other（poisoning,suicide,carbon monoxide poisoning,etc.） and 14（9.93%）.Conclusion The main cause of accidental poisoning of children was Children mistakenly oral poisoning.Prevent the occurrence of accidental poisoning of children,needs of individuals,families,medical personnel,and even the whole society to work together.
