摘要
目的总结脑损伤后早期癫痫的护理经验,提高临床疗效。方法回顾性分析医院神经外科近两年收治的48例脑损伤后发生癫痫患者的临床护理资料。结果全组48例,46例经治疗和合理的观察及护理出院后,遵医嘱科学合理的口服用药,均有显著的疗效。死亡2例,占4.2%。结论加强颅脑损伤后继发性癫痫的护理是预防控制并发症发生的重要环节,合理的临床观察及护理有利于脑损伤后癫痫发作的控制。
Objective To summarize the early seizures after brain trauma nursing experience and enhance clinical efficacy.Methods A retrospective analysis of nearly 2 years,Neurosurgery 48 patients admitted to epilepsy after traumatic brain injury clinical care data.Result 48 cases,46 cases were treated and reasonable observation and nursing care after discharge,scientific and rational prescribed oral medication,showed a significant effect.2 cases died,accounting for 4.2%.Conclusion Epilepsy after head injury prevention and control of care is an important part of complications,clinical observation and reasonable care in favor of seizures after traumatic brain injury control.
