妇科腹腔镜手术围手术期护理分析

Analysis of Perioperative Nursing for Gynecological Laparoscopic Surgery

目的探讨对妇科患者行腹腔镜手术围手术期的护理方法及意义。方法对四川省广元市第三人民医院行腹腔镜手术治疗妇科患者进行术前护理、术后护理及并发症的护理等围手术期护理。结果 196例均顺利施行腹腔镜手术,腹腔镜下手术成功194例,2例中转开腹手术。术后4例出现并发症,术后经及时治疗,均痊愈。术后住院2～9d,平均住院4.4d,切口愈合达Ⅰ级。结论重视妇科患者腹腔镜手术过程中围手术期的护理工作,对手术的顺利完成起到至关重要的作用,预防各种并发症的发生,缩短了患者的住院时间,节省了住院成本。

Objective To explore the method and significance of perioperative care for gynecological patients at laparoscopic surgery.Methods By taking perioperative care such as preoperative nursing and postoperative nursing and nursing for complications of Gynecological patients to laparoscopic surgery in Guangyuan 3rd People＇s Hospital.Results All 196 cases were successful in laparoscopic surgeries,194 cases were with success for Laparoscopic surgery.2 cases were converted to open surgery.4 cases were with postoperative complications.All were healed after postoperative treatment timely.The time for postoperative hospitalization were 2~9 days,the average hospital time were 4.4 days.The healing of incision was all series A.Conclusion Pay enough attention to perioperative care for gynecological patients of laparoscopic surgery.It plays a crucial role for the operation successfully completed.It can prevent various complications,shorten the patient＇s length of hospital stay,saves the hospitalization cost.
