摘要
目的探讨正常成年人海马结构是否存在不对称性。方法选取65例18~60岁健康成年人,行磁共振扫描,选取显示海马全貌标准矢状面及显示海马头中部斜冠状面,分别测量双侧海马结构面积。使用SPSS17.0软件进行统计学分析。结果冠状面及矢状面右侧海马结构面积均大于左侧,冠状面差异较矢状面明显,各组冠状面差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论正常成年人海马结构存在不对称性,主要体现在冠状面,即右侧较左侧粗大。
Objective To investigate existence of asymmetry in hippocampal formation of normal adults.Methods 65 healthy adults,18 to 60 years,were selected for magnetic resonance scan.Pictures which show whole of hippocampus in standard sagittal plane and show central head of hippocampus in oblique coronal plane were selected,and then bilateral areas of hippocampal formation were measured respectively.Statistical analysis was done by SPSS 17.0.Results Area of the right hippocampal formation was larger than the left in coronal plane and sagittal plane.The difference in coronal plane was more significant than that in sagittal plane.The difference of bilateral hippocampal formation areas in coronal plane of each group had statistical significance(P 0.05).Conclusion From the results suggest that a reliable parametric asymmetry exists in the hippocampus of normal adult individuals,mainly in coronal plane.In other words,the right is fatter than the left.
