纯镍及镍基合金在真空熔融CaCl_2-20%CaF_2中的腐蚀行为

Corrosion Behaviors of Pure Nickel and Ni-based Alloys in CaCl_2-20%CaF_2 Molten Salt in Vacuum State

摘要 采用浸没腐蚀试验法分别研究了纯镍及Hastelloy C276合金在800℃真空熔融CaCl_2-20%CaF_2(质量分数)混合盐中的腐蚀行为。结果表明,两种试验材料的腐蚀质量损失均随时间的延长而增大,Hastelloy C276合金的腐蚀速率随时间逐渐减缓的程度明显大于纯镍。从腐蚀形貌和元素分布分析了试验材料在该环境中具有不同耐熔盐腐蚀性能的原因,并讨论了材料的腐蚀机理。 The corrosion behaviors of pure nickel and Hastelloy C276 alloy were studied by immersion tests in molten CaCl2-20% CaF2 (mass%) in vacuum state at 800℃. The results showed that the weight loss of the two materials increased with the increase of time and the decrease extent of corrosion rate with time of Hastelloy C276 was larger than that of pure nickel significantly. The reasons of different corrosion resistance property in molten salt were analyzed, and the corrosion mechanisms of the materials were discussed respectively.
