关于地方政府融资平台公司融资的分析与思考

Analysis and Consideration on Local Government Financing Platform for Corporate Financing

本文分析了我国地方政府融资平台融资的现状和发展趋势,并通过与希腊政府负债的对比,指出地方政府融资平台公司负债虽然有一些潜在的风险因素,但并不会演化为"中国版的债务危机";对地方政府融资平台公司的负债不能掉以轻心,而应未雨绸缪,通过深化财税体制改革、转变政府职能以及转变经济发展方式等长效机制,引导地方政府融资健康有序发展。

This paper makes analysis of current situation and developing trend of corporate financing on local government financing platform in China.Although corporate debt has some potential risks on local government financing platform,Chinese debt crisis will not appear compared with government debt in Greek.However,we must pay enough attention to the debt on local government financing platform and make concrete plans in advance.It is suggested that we should guide the orderly and healthy development of local government financing platform by long-term mechanism of deepening financial system reform,transforming government functions and economic development mode.
