葡萄糖神经酰胺合成酶(GCS)在膀胱癌中的表达及意义

Expression and significance of glucose ceramide synthase in bladder cancer

目的探讨葡萄糖神经酰胺合成酶在膀胱癌中的表达及意义。方法应用免疫组化及Western blot方法检测GCS在浅表性膀胱癌(50例)及正常膀胱组织(20例)中的表达水平。结果应用t检验,SPSS12.0进行统计分析。结果GCS在膀胱癌中表达明显增高,与正常膀胱组织中GCS含量表达相比较具有显著统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论 GCS在膀胱癌组织中的高表达提示GCS在膀胱癌肿瘤组织发生、发展过程中可能起了重要的调控作用,是判断膀胱癌分化、预后的一种理想指标。同时,GCS也可能是今后膀胱癌治疗的一个有效靶目标。

【Objective】 To explore the expression and significance of Glucose ceramide synthase in bladder cancer.【Methods】 Immunohistochemistry and western blot were used to detect the expression of GCS in superficial bladder cancer（50 cases） and normal bladder tissues（20 cases）.The results were analysed by t test SPSS12.0 software.【Results】 Compared with the normal bladder tissues,GCS expression in bladder cancer was significantly increased and had a significant statistical significance（P 0.01）.【Conclusions】 The high expression level of GCS in bladder cancer indicates that GCS may play an important role in bladder carcinogenesis and may be taken as an effective target of treatment in the future.
