摘要
上消化道出血在重症急性胰腺炎的发生率较为罕见。引发出血的原因不同,病情轻重程度也有差异,重者可直接导致死亡。该文就出血的原因、诊断和治疗做一综述。
The incidence of upper gastrointestinal bleeding in severe acute pancreatitis is rare relatively.It is different in severity of the disease because of different causes of bleeding.It might evenly lead to death in serious condition.In this paper,the author would made a review for the reasons of bleeding,diagnosis and treatment.
