摘要
六西格玛是一套系统的业务改进方法体系,是旨在持续改进企业业务流程,实现顾客满意的管理方法。通过研究六西格玛在全面质量管理(TQM)、LibQUAL+中的适用性,以及对图书馆服务特殊性的适用性,对六西格玛在图书馆的适用性予以肯定。在此基础上,对六西格玛管理的内涵进行探讨,认为抛开六西格玛作为质量目标的性质,而做为质量管理的理念和方法,在图书馆的质量管理中更具有可行性。
Six Sigma,designed for BPI continuously and customer satisfaction,is a systematic business improvement methodology.Through the research on applicability of Six Sigma in TQM,LibQUAL+ and library service,this paper testifies that Six Sigma can apply in library management.After discussing the contents of Six Sigma,we reach the conclusion that Six Sigma should not be used as the target,but the philosophy and methodology of Library Management's Quality Control,which makes Library Management's Quality Control more feasible.
