摘要
传统的汽车钢板弹簧的设计方法多为试凑法,计算量大、不易找到最优解。采用一种改进的粒子群优化方法对汽车钢板弹簧进行设计。通过设计实例的计算和比较,表明了这种改进算法在解决具有复杂约束条件的实际工程问题时是有效的,且具有一定的优越性。
The traditional automobile leaf spring designing method is trail-and-error,which needs large amount of calculation and is hard to find the optimal solution.This paper uses an improved particle swarm optimization method to solve the problem.Through the comparison of the calculation and design examples,we find that the method can solve the complicated constraint conditions with practical engineering problems.
