摘要
利用MSP430F149单片机片内的ADC12模块和FLASH存储芯片读写方便、存储容量大的特性,对多通道数据采集系统进行了开发。在硬件电路的设计中,重点介绍了适合MSP430F149单片机的信号调理电路和单片机与FLASH芯片之间的SPI通信连接;在软件的开发中,用汇编语言开发出了利用MSP430F149单片机片内ADC12模块进行A/D转换的整个程序。结果表明:开发出的数据采集系统具有成本低、结构简单以及可靠性高等特点。
Making use of ADC12 module of MSP430 SCM and the character of mass storage and easy reading and writing about FLASH memory chip,multi-channel data acquisition system was developed.In the design of hardware circuit,signal conditioning circuit which is fit for MSP430 SCM and SPI communication connection between MSP430 SCM and FLASH memory chip were introduced in detail.In the software development,the whole program of A/D conversion which makes use of ADC12 module of MSP430 SCM was developed by using assembly language.The result indicates that the developed data acquisition system has the following characteristics: low cost,simple design and high reliability.
