变频技术在热风炉的应用

摘要 热风炉鼓引风及送风机系统安装了变频器,改变了过去靠人工对热风炉的风门进行调节来满足热风炉的需风量的状况。通过采集井口混合温度到热风炉房,司炉人员可直观观测井口混合温度,通过风机电机变频调速来调节热风炉运行工况,提高了风机的工作效率,1台4.2MW的热风炉1个采暖期可节电10万kW.h,实现了安全经济运行。 An inverter is installed in the hot stove drum blower and blower system.The status in the past is changed that by artificial adjusting the air damper of the hot-blast stove to meet the required air volume of the hot-blast stove.Through gathering the wellhead mixing temperature to the hot stove room,fireman staff can visually observe the wellhead mixing temperature.The operating conditions of hot air furnace are regulated by frequency control of fun motor,the efficiency of the fan is improved.A 4.2MW hot-blast stove can save 100,000 kW·h in a heating period,a safe and economic operation is achieved,the coal mine safety in production and reliability are improved.
