摘要 针对当前浮选加药的现状,设计了一种浮选加药在线自动控制系统。从加药控制原理图、控制算法流程等方面进行了分析说明,并利用组态王进行监控系统界面的设计,完成了整个监控系统的设计开发。该系统在降低浮选药剂耗量、提高浮选精煤产率方面具有显著的效果,为细煤泥浮选加药控制提供了一定的参考。 Aiming at the current situation of floatation,this article picks forward a controlling system of automatic on-line medicine-tracking for floatation.By illustrating and analyzing the system from the aspects of schematic diagram,control algorithms and Kingview design monitoring system interface,completes the full task.The system has significant effects on saving medicine consumption and improving fine coal productivity,and provides some reference for medicine-tracking of fine coal floatation.
