摘要
在阐述了设计、质量和质量管理理论的基础上,围绕电力行业的发展,针对设计市场的现状与前景,分析了设计质量与企业效益的关系,强调了设计质量管理的重要性和必要性。以南阳电力勘测设计院质量管理工作为案例,通过对设计质量管理体系的建立、运行和持续改进过程的研究,明确设计流程,健全组织机构,把质量管理措施贯穿于整个设计过程;论述了在质量管理体系运行中的经验与见解,就普遍面临的问题进行了思考与探讨。
On the theory of design,quality and quality management,under the present situation and future of design industry,this essay analyses the relation of design quality and enterprise profit with the focus on the importance and necessity of design quality management.On the case of quality management of Nanyang Electric Power Survey Design Institute,it studies the establishment,operation,constant improvement of design management system,and puts it clear that quality management should be applied in the whole procedure of design.It also provides the experiences and ideas of the operation of quality management along with thought and research on the common issues.
