我国增加森林碳汇的对策研究

On Measures for Promoting Forestation's Carbon Trading in China

森林碳汇是影响二氧化碳排放的重要因素,森林碳汇独特的优越性决定了增加森林碳汇成为中国既应对气候变化,又推动经济发展的科学选择。文章认为,中国应从构建森林碳汇市场、加强政府规划指导、完善碳汇计算方法、深化林业产权改革、扩展碳汇资产经营等方面采取增加森林碳汇的对策。

Forest carbon sink is an important factor in influencing carbon dioxide emissions,it＇s unique superiority made the increasing of forest carbon sinks a scientific choice,not only to address climate changes,but also to promote economic development.The article pointed out that China should take measures to increase forest carbon sinks,including the following aspects： establish the market for forest carbon sinks,strengthen government planning guidance,improve the calculation of carbon sequestration,deepen reform of forest ownership and expand carbon sinks asset management,etc.
