On Industrial Structure Optimization in Urban Complex in Shandong Peninsula

以山东半岛城市群为研究区域,分别以2000～2005年、2005～2009年为考察期,本文利用SSM(偏离-份额分析法)对城市群和8个城市的产业结构及其对半岛城市群经济增长的影响进行分析研究,根据其相似度将其分为4类,分析其原因以及半岛城市群产业发展总体特点,对城市群及各地市区政府决策部门进行产业结构调整做出了建议:提升双核心城市能级;明确城市群内城市定位;扩大半岛城市群的腹地,推动城市群第三产业的发展;改造传统产业,发展新兴产业。

The essay will take Shandong Peninsular from 2000 to 2005and from 2005 to 2009 as two cases under Shift-share Method study.Shandong Peninsular and all of its eight cities will be contained in the study for research into the impact of industrial structure ongrowth.They will be divided into four categories in accordance with the degree of similarity.Analysis will probe into the causes of such similarity and the imprints of Shandong Peninsular industrial development.In the end,the essay will put forth policy proposals concerning industrial restructuring across Shandong Peninsular.Improving the aspects of the urban economys energy level;enlarge the hinterland of Shandong Peninsular;promote the tertiary industry＇s development;reform the traditional industry and promote the emerging industry.
