摘要
电子元器件的可靠性对微波组件产品的起着决定性的作用。结合微波组件研制生产产品中有关元器件质量控制的实际控制情况,从元器件的选用原则、元器件质量等级、元器件在设计过程中的正确使用、元器件入所后的检验和补充筛选等方面进行了探讨。提出了制定元器件选用原则和要求,在元器件的使用中进行降额设计、热设计和容差设计等,同时对于元器件采取针对性的入所检验和补充筛选等加强质量控制措施的基本思路,使微波组件产品的可靠性有了进一步提高。
The reliability of electronic components plays a crucial role in quality control of microwave assembly. The experience of quality control of electronic components for develop and manufacture of the microwave assembly is described. It widely discusses the selection, quality levels, reasonable use, test and screening of electronic components. The set up of selection principles of electronic components and the choosing standards of quality levels is explained. In addition, the derating design, thermal design and tolerance design of electronic components are properly used in design of microwave assembly. Quality control measures of incoming test and screening are implemented to electronic components. Due to the aforementioned work, the reliability of microwave assembly has been improved.
