摘要
建立了一种利用自制的固相萃取柱对番茄红素粗品中反式番茄红素进行提纯的色谱分离方法。比较了三种吸附剂对番茄红素粗品的分离效果,确定了中性氧化铝为番茄红素提纯的最佳固相萃取吸附剂。实现了自制固相萃取柱对反式番茄红素的提纯作用,证明了自制固相萃取柱在色素分离中的除杂作用。讲述了自制固相萃取柱的制作方法,为自制固相萃取柱提供了参考。
A chromatographic separation was described for purify trans-lycopene in crude lycopene by homemade SPE Column.Compared the effect of separation for crude lycopene by three types of adsorbent,and determined neutral alumina was the optimal SPE adsorbent for purify lycopene.The purification effect was achieved for trans-lycopent by homemade SPE column,the remove impurities effect was certificated in pigment separation by homemade SPE column.The production method was described of homemade SPE column,the reference was provided for homemade SPE column.
