摘要
在现代铝板箔轧制生产中普遍采用测厚仪来即时快速精确地测量板箔的厚度,以修正厚度偏差。对我国从欧美引进的三种测厚仪"Radiometrie"瑞美RM216、"Henoywell"霍尼韦-尔美杰2036型和DMC480型测厚仪的校正曲线、主要硬件组成方面进行了比较。阐述了三种测厚仪在铝板箔厚度测量、信号转换和计算方法方面的不同之处。
Recently the aluminum strip and foil production enterprises are using on-line thickness gage to measure and correct the thickness deviation of products on time accurately.Three kinds of gauges have been imported from Europe and the United States,such as Radiometrie RM216,Henoywell 2036 and DMC480.The comparisons among these gages have been made by calibration curves and hardware components.The thickness measure,signal conversion and calculation method of the above mentioned gauges have been described.
