肱三头肌两侧入路双钢板固定治疗肱骨髁间粉碎骨折

Surgical fixation of humeral intercondylar comminuted fracture using double-plate by triceps bilateral approach

目的探讨肱三头肌两侧入路双钢板固定治疗肱骨髁间粉碎骨折的具体方法和疗效。方法对2004年5月~2007年6月收治的57例肱骨髁间粉碎骨折患者采用肱三头肌两侧入路双钢板固定进行治疗,随访观察并进行分析。结果 57例患者均获得随访,随访时间12~24个月,平均15.2个月。骨折全部愈合,愈合时间为2~6个月,平均3.1个月。术后肘关节疗效评价,优37例,良12例,可6例,差2例,优良率为85.96%。结论对于肱骨髁间骨折的治疗,肱三头肌两侧入路双钢板固定术具有较显著的优势。

【Objective】 To explore the surgical fixation of humeral intercondylar comminuted fracture using double-plate by triceps bilateral approach and its therapeutic effect.【Methods】 Fifty-seven patients of humeral intercondylar comminuted fracture were treated between May 2004 and June 2007 by triceps bilateral approach,and followed up,observed and analyzed.【Results】 The 57 patients were followed up for 12 months^2 years with an average of 15.2 months.All of them healed in 2~6 months（an average of 3.1 months）.The elbow function was evaluated,excellent in 37 cases,good in 12 cases,general in 6 cases and poor in 2 cases with excellent and good rate of 85.96%.【Conclusion】 For the treatment of humeral intercondylar comminuted fracture,triceps bilateral approach and double-plate fixation has a considerable advantage.
