摘要
目的评估64排螺旋CT在气管支架置入术中的应用价值。方法 28例气道狭窄患者在行气管支架置入术前,通过64排螺旋CT来确定气道狭窄的位置和狭窄的长度。结果 28例患者行肺部64排螺旋CT检查后,均能准确得出气道狭窄的位置和狭窄的长度。其中,21例同支气管镜所见相一致,另7例不宜采用支气管镜测量。结论在气管支架置入术的术前准备中,相对于传统的支气管镜检查,64排螺旋CT能够更好地确定气道狭窄的相关信息。
【Objective】 To evaluate the value of the 64-row multidetector computed tomography in the tracheal stent implantation.【Methods】 Before the tracheal stent implantation of the twenty-eight patients,the position and length of airway stenosis was decided by the 64-row multidetector computed tomography of lung.【Results】 In the twenty-eight patients,the position and length of airway stenosis was decided by the 64-row multidetector computed tomography of lung.The information of airway stenosis decided by the 64-row multidetector computed tomography was concordant with that decided by the bronchoscopes in the twenty-one patients,and it can be decided by the 64-row multidetector computed tomography,but not by the bronchoscopes in the other patients.【Conclusion】 In the preoperotive preparation of the tracheal stent implantation,the 64-row multidetector computed tomography is better than the bronchoscopes in the aspect of deciding the information of airway stenosis.
