摘要
目的研究2型糖尿病患者颈动脉内膜-中膜厚度(IMT)与脂联素(APN)、C反应蛋白(CRP)的关系。方法 42例2型糖尿病患者,正常的对照组41例,分析两组人群空腹血糖(FPG)、空腹胰岛素(FINS)、三酰甘油(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL-C)、APN和CRP,测定IMT,同时计算体重指数(BMI)、胰岛素抵抗指数(HOMA-IR)。结果糖尿病组TG、LDL-C、FPG、CRP、FINS、IMT高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),IMT与BMI、FPG、FINS、HOMA-IR、TC、TG、LDL-C、CRP呈正相关(P<0.01),而与APN呈负相关(P<0.01),其相关性有统计学意义。结论糖尿病组IMT与胰岛素抵抗的增加、糖脂代谢紊乱及CRP的升高与APN降低有关,提示血清脂联素和CRP水平是2型糖尿病动脉粥样硬化的重要因素,可以预测2型糖尿病患者大血管病变的发生与发展。
【Objective】To investigate the relationship between the intima-media thickness(IMT),adiponectin(APN) and C-reactive protein(CRP) of type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM).【Methods】 Fasting plasma glucose(FPG),fasting insulin(FINS),total cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG),high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C),low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C),Adiponectin and CRP were measured in 42 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus and 41 control subjects and intima-media thickness(IMT) were detected.Body mass index(BMI) and homeostasis model assessment of insulin resistance(HOMA-IR) were calculated.【Results】 TG,LDL-C,FPG,CRP,IMT were significantly higher in the DM patients than those control subjects(P 0.01).In the group of DM,Pearson correlation analysis indicated that IMT was positively correlated to BMI,FPG,FINS,HOMA-IR,TC,TG,LDL-C,CRP(P 0.01),But IMT was negative correlated with APN(P 0.01).【Conclusions】 Type 2 diabetes individuals with high IMT are characterized by insulin resistant,metabolic disorder,and Low adiponectin level and high C-reactive protein level.adiponectin level and C-reactive protein level are related to development progression of atherosclerotic disease in type 2 diabetes in patients.
