行体外受精-胚胎移植妇女的心理状况及影响因素分析

Study on mental status and influence factors of IVF-ET women

目的分析行体外受精-胚胎移植(IVF-ET)妇女的心理状况。方法此研究为病例对照研究,采用随机抽样的方法抽取IVF-ET妇女100例和正常生育妇女(对照组)100例进行一般情况、症状自评量表(SCL-90)、Olson-婚姻质量问卷(ENRICH)调查。结果行IVF-ET妇女的心理状况、婚姻质量明显差于对照组(P<0.05);多元线性逐步回归分析结果显示,影响行IVF-ET妇女心理状况的因素依次为:婚姻质量的3个因子(经济安排、业余活动和性格相容性)及住房面积、丈夫支持(P<0.05),其标准化回归系数分别是-0.340、-0.203、-0.194、-0.192和0.175。结论行IVF-ET妇女的心理状态差。在治疗过程中,医务人员应有针对性地为行IVF-ET妇女提供心理支持。

【Objective】 To study on mental status of IVF-ET women.【Methods】 A case-control design was used in this study.100 IVF-ET women and 100 fertile women（control group） were investigated by randomized sampling method.They were investigated by using Self-designed questionnaire and Symptom Checklist 90 and Olson Marital quality questionnaire.【Results】 Mental status and marital quality of IVF-ET women is worse than control group（P 0.05）;Multiple linear stepwise regression indicated that the influential factors of Mental status of them were ＂economic arrangement＂,＂spare-time activity＂,＂character compatibility＂,housing area,husband＇s support（P 0.05）.Their standardized coefficients were-0.340,-0.203,-0.194,-0.192,0.175 respectively.【Conclusion】 Mental status of IVF-ET women is worse.So psychological nursing and mental support should be provided in the program of infertile women treated with IVF-ET.
