摘要
基于流动注射(FIA)理论和酚与4-氨基安替比林显色反应原理,利用可编程控制器,自主组装出可自动在线监测挥发酚的分析仪。首次采用油浴预蒸馏方法,达到在线定量分离的目的。在最优条件下,体系吸光度值与挥发酚质量浓度在0~3.00mg/L范围内呈现良好的线性关系,线性回归方程为A=0.087 99ρ+0.002 31(n=8),相关系数为0.999 7,方法的检出限为39μg/L,相对标准偏差为2.1%(0.50mg/L,n=11)和3.3%(2.00mg/L,n=11),实际水样的加标回收率为96.5%~102.0%。本法可直接用于生活污水和工业废水中挥发酚的现场即时监测。
Based on the flow injection (FIA) theory and the principle of color-reaction of phenol with 4-amino-antipyrine, the on-line volatile phenol analyzer was assembled independently using programmable controllers. On-line quantitative separation was realized for the first time using the method of oil bath predistillation. Under the optimum conditions, a good linear relation between the absorbance and the volatile phenol mass concentration in the range of 0 -3.00 mg/L is obtained, and the linear regression equation is A = 0. 087 99 p + 0.002 31 ( n = 8) with a correlation coefficient r of 0. 999 7. The detection limit is 39 ug/L. The relative standard deviation is 2. 1% forp = 0. 50 mg/ L, n = 11 and 3.3 % for 2.00 mg/L,n = 11, respectively. The recoveries of standard additions of the actual water samples are 96.5% - 102.0%. This method can be used directly for the on-site real- time monitoring of volatile phenols in domestic sewage and industrial wastewater.
