论我国物业管理服务业存在的问题及其对策

Discussion on Problems and Countermeasures of RealEstate Management in China

分析了我国物业管理服务业存在的问题和原因，并就此提出了四个方面的对策，以期提高物业管理服务业的质量和水平，推动房地产业的健康发展和良性循环。

The problems and their causations of real estate management in our country are analysed and four countermeasures are presented in this paper. It is hoped to advance quality and level of real estate management in our country and to promote healthy development and positive circulation of real estate industry.
