Research on Legislation and Operation of Public Library Law from the Perspective of Non-zero-sum Game Theory

本文应用"非零和博弈"理论分析了建立图书馆法的决策过程,建立了图书馆法运行的博弈模型,指出了图书馆立法过程的互利多赢的必要性与可能性。在此基础上,总结了图书馆法运行博弈竞局的启示。

In this paper,the decision-making process of library law construction is analyzed with non-zero-sum game theory.The game theory model of library Law is formulated.It also points out the possibility of mutually beneficial win-win in library legislative process and sums up the enlightenments of library law gaming.
