According to the research paradigm,science is divided into forms of science,explain the science and design science.this paper introduces the concept of design science research paradigm,discusses impact of design science on library science from the perspective of management and information technology,analysis the subject property of library science in the design science and application examples,and indicate the significance of library science research innovation by design science.
