Transcending and Reversion of the Library Study——Book Review of "Library Knowledge Management Study"

《研究》充分把握知识管理和图书馆知识管理研究,分析图书馆知识管理对图书馆管理的创新,提出图书馆知识管理模式与应用。理论上,明确知识管理与图书馆学的联系,提出知识资源论,设计基于知识管理的图书馆学创新体系;实践上,指出图书馆员的知识角色和图书馆应用知识管理的三个层面,构建图书馆知识管理。柯平教授的图书馆知识管理研究和公共文化服务体系中的图书馆战略规划研究,构成图书馆研究的超越与复归。

Based on the research of Knowledge Management（KM） and Library Knowledge Management（LKM）,＂Study＂ analyses innovation of LKM on library management,put forwards the mode and application of LKM.Two aspects of contribution of ＂Study＂ are： on theory,the relationship of KM and library science,knowledge resources,the innovation system of library science based on KM;on practice,the knowledge role of librarian,the three layers of application of KM on library,the construction of LKM.The study of LKM and the library strategic programming in the public culture service system by Professor Ke Ping compose the transcending and reversion of the library study.
